The service

TerrenoCheck produces preliminary checks of public sources for land and homes in Spain, tied to one cadastral parcel. It is not a notarial, legal, surveying or valuation practice and does not replace checks by qualified professionals.

The report is not a valuation (tasación), not a land-registry extract (nota simple from the Registro de la Propiedad) and not a cadastral certificate or any other official certification. Nor is it legal, notarial, engineering, tax or investment advice. It does not verify ownership, charges, the land-registry position or legal buildability.

Law and consumers

The seller is established in Poland. Polish law governs the contract, without taking away the mandatory consumer protection of the country where the buyer habitually lives.

Content and sources

The texts, design and software of the site belong to the seller.
